Your no-throw week

During one week no food is to be thrown away.
In most western countries about 30% of all edible food is wasted. That gives great environmental costs to no avail. In this mission, we are to be 10 times better than that. At most 3% of the food cost may be thrown away during the week. Finish all the left overs before cooking something new. Plan your cooking so that remaining ingredients are used for the next dish. Don't throw anything old away without tasting if it's consumable. Yoghurt may still be great to eat weeks after it's best before date is passed.
